Welcome to the Coastal Living Construction, LLC Website.  We are a custom home builder in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area and Real Estate Broker (CLC Realty, LLC).  We can assist you from site selection, site preparation, plan drawing through completion of your dream home!  We have a relationship with several developers that have designed beautiful communities in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach and even a tranquil community on the Waccamaw River that is still close to the beach!
